2007 Wireless Retail Survey (What's changed since 2003)

InfoTek has found that wireless retail channel has changed significantly over the last four years.  These changes need to be taken into consideration by all companies selling services through the wireless channel.  This year InfoTek has broken down the findings into six in-depth reports that compare the important trends in the channel.

The entire Wireless Retail Survey consists of information using survey data from nationwide samples of U.S. wireless retail sales associates. This year's survey reviews the trends in the knowledge and behavior of the sales associates who represent the sole opportunity for carriers, manufacturers and developers to personally interact with end-users—live and in person. The 2007 effort also reviews the trends on end-user demand for and adoption of wireless products and services as seen through the eyes of the wireless retail associates.
