InfoTek Research moves main offices to the beautiful Yakima valley outside of Seattle, Washington

Yakima, Washington - July, 2007  After seven years of planning, InfoTek has moved its headquarters to Yakima, Washington.   According to Tregg Farmer, President, "This move was made in order provide a greater quality of service while making research costs for our clients more manageable.  Most importantly, the Yakima valley offers our employees a higher quality of life as the access to family activities and recreation are phenomenal."

 

Yakima is in the heart of the Northwest's wine country and sits below Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier.  As for accessibility, InfoTek's offices are five minutes from a commercial airport that is serviced by Delta and Alaska Air.  "Commuting five minutes to our office or only having to drive 20 minutes to some of the best snow skiing in the Northwest is a benefit our employees can enjoy.  They don't have to spend an hour a day commuting in bumper-to-bumper traffic," notes Tregg.

During the move, InfoTek upgraded its entire technology infrastructure which allows InfoTek's operations to be extremely efficient from upper management / client communication to our telephone fielding office.  "Client's now have the ability to VPN directly into our network to see the progress of projects or collaborate with our project team," says Tregg.
