Retail Study.

Research continues its unprecedented market research initiative to
monitor and report the opinions of wireless sales personnel across
the United States. Leveraging its 14-year history of providing
customized primary research to the technology and telecommunications
industries, InfoTek continues to measure important channel changes
from the sales associates’ perspective.
The
2007 Wireless Retail Study
consists
of several wireless retail channel reports using survey data
gathered from nationwide samples of U.S. wireless retail
salespeople. The study summarizes the knowledge and behavior of
sales associates who represent the greatest opportunity for
carriers, manufacturers and developers since they personally
interact with end-users live and in person. This 2007 effort
provides trend data on end-user demand for and adoption of wireless
products and services as seen through the eyes of the wireless
retail associates
